Standard Shipping

Majority of the orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. You should expect to receive your item(s) within 2-5 days of this notification.

Majority of our items are delivered within 3-5 working days after receiving a cleared payment.

Next Day Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer next day shipping at present. However, we do offer priority shipping which arrives quicker than standard shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@houseofdesi.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
